One of our winding machines, with adjustable speed & wire tension settings which have since been up-graded . I have built this machine to incorporate a quiet and efficient drive unit with a super accurate turn-count sensor & Low noise Military Spec Motor to cope with the high speeds it is capable of. The solid iron chassis helps it to stay put on the bench & Swiss precision bearings on the drive shaft make it smooth running & vibration free, critical to production & to stop our neighbours complaining about any noise pollution . A noticeable difference than when winding pickups on an "off the shelf" machine. Although both of our Winding machines are essentially a collection of parts, each part is the best suited to it's function that we could find. These machines are continually being improved when needed.
